Horsham Health & Leisure Walks

Free, sociable, family friendly walks led by volunteers. No need to book, just turn-up.

Health Walks are aimed at beginners and those with long term health conditions.

Typically under 90 minutes over easy terrain and accessible for most people.

Health Walks are supported by Walking for Health (accredited by the national Walking for

Health scheme managed by the Ramblers & Macmillan Cancer Support).

Level 2 and 3 Walks are longer, more strenuous and may include hills and stiles.

These walks are supported by Horsham District Council and some are organised in conjunction with groups such as The Horsham Society, Steyning Downland Scheme,
Storrington Conservation Society and Horsham Town Community Partnership.

All welcome to guided, free, sociable, HDC walks led by trained volunteers; no need to book, just turn-up at the start point.

Programme booklet containing over 250 walks is available from the Walks Co-ordinator on 07720 714 306 or online at www.horshamhealthwalks.co.uk  Beginners are recommended to contact the Walk Leader to discuss suitability. All walks can be wet and muddy in places.
